I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate who works with children (ages 8 and up), adolescents, and young adults. I earned my Master of Social Work from Walden University and my Bachelor of Social Work from Ferrum College. Before I began my work in outpatient therapy, I gained experience in community-based mental health and served as an intern with CASA of Roanoke, Virginia, where I advocated for children and families.My approach integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, SFBT, ERP, and ACT. I help clients build practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and strengthen resilience while identifying their strengths and working toward meaningful, values-driven goals.I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to each individual. My goal is to support clients in developing the tools they need to navigate challenges, build stronger relationships, and grow with confidence both in and outside of the therapy space.
